  • These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

  • We are not responsible for any third-party platform’s performance, reliability, downtime, changes, or breaches.

  • Some links may be affiliate links, which may generate a commission for us.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, course material, templates, and automations provided by Systems & AI, LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, resell, license, publish, or exploit our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Any content you submit to us (e.g., testimonials, reviews, shared case studies) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for business purposes.

5. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If you participate in our communities (e.g., Skool), you agree not to:

  • Post inappropriate, harmful, or infringing content.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • You waive any conflicting local consumer protection laws to the extent legally allowed.

  • You consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
